Oil prices are the highest in two years

Brent crude oil recorded a new price of $73 a barrel, its highest price in two years.
Today, Friday, the price of Brent crude futures reached $73.09 a barrel, the first time that Brent crude exceeded $73 a barrel since May 20, 2019.
The July futures contract for West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose by 1.1% to reach $71.06 a barrel, exceeding the $73 point for the first time since October 15, 2018.
