Iraq’s oil revenues per month

Iraq’s oil revenues increased by 5 times per month, after it renewed its commitment to OPEC decisions.
A spokesman for the Iraqi Oil Ministry, Asim Jihad, said that the country’s revenues rose from $ 1 billion per month to $ 6 billion.
He stressed that the reason behind the decline in the past months was the Corona pandemic, which led to a recession in the global economy.
He pointed out that the commitment to reduce production approved by “OPEC” led to an increase in the price of a barrel within months from 10 dollars to 65 dollars a barrel.
