Iranian oil tankers arrive in Syria

It is certain that 3 Iranian oil tankers will arrive at the Syrian port of Baniyas, carrying about 1,700,000 barrels of crude oil.

The website, which specializes in tracking tankers, said that the first two tankers will arrive in the coastal city of Tartous governorate, tomorrow, Friday, with one million and 400 thousand barrels on board.
The site added that the third tanker will cross the Suez Canal in Egypt later.
It is also mentioned that three tankers arrived last April in the country, which suffers from a severe crisis in the availability of oil derivatives, and the Syrian government had anticipated this with promises that a “tangible breakthrough” would be in the crisis.
