After the General Authority of Meteorology in Egypt warned of the bad weather and the continuing instability of weather conditions today, Thursday, the agent of the Remote Sensing Center at the Authority called on citizens not to travel or go out on the roads during the coming days, especially the roads heading to the cities and governorates of Sinai and the mountain ranges of the Red Sea. This is because the rains in these areas are expected to reach the level of torrents.
In a statement, the Meteorological Authority said: The weather in Egypt today, Thursday, is witnessing a decrease in temperature in most parts, with values ranging from 5 to 6 degrees in most parts, and the fall of rain, ranging in intensity between medium and heavy, sometimes thunderstorms in the areas of Suez, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Saint Catherine. And Ras Sidr, Al-Tor, Ras Ghareb, Al-Zafarana, Marsa Alam, Al-Qusayr, the Gulf of Suez region, Aqaba, the Red Sea mountain ranges and Sinai.
It expected rain, ranging from medium to heavy, sometimes thunderstorms in Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia.
