Chelsea are champions of the Champions League

Chelsea won the European Champions League for the second time in its history after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the final of the tournament, which was held today, Saturday, at the “Dragao” stadium in Porto, Portugal, in the final of the current version of the continental competition 2020-2021.
Kai Havertz netted the winning goal for Chelsea in the 42nd minute, after he was alone with goalkeeper Ederson.
Chelsea qualified for the final match, after defeating Real Madrid in the semi-finals with a score of 3-1 in aggregate, while Manchester City qualified for the European Champions League final for the first time in its history, at the expense of Paris Saint-Germain in the semi-final, with a score of 4-1 in Total home and away matches.
This is the second time in the history of Chelsea that they crowned the Champions League title, after winning the 2011-2012 season by defeating Bayern Munich at home with penalties, while the Blues lost the final one time in the 2007-2008 season against Manchester United on penalties as well.
