US President Joe Biden imposed sanctions on the leaders of the military coup in Myanmar, calling for the immediate release of Prime Minister Aung San Suu Kyi.
Biden said, “Washington will set the first set of goals this week, impose strict controls on exports and be ready to impose additional measures.”
