About the possibility of Trump being tried for the “murder” of Soleimani?

Amidst the escalation and tension that reached the exchange of public threats between Iran and America,

months after the killing of the Iranian leader Qassem Soleimani, Gabriel Soma, a member of the advisory board of the current US President Donald Trump, commented on the possibility of the latter being tried for the murder of Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Authority in Iraq. Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, saying: “Trump has legal immunity and he cannot be prosecuted,” noting that “the American judiciary itself cannot prosecute Trump.”

On America’s assassination of Soleimani and the engineer, Soma said: “Trump’s commission of the airport crime by receiving information about Qassem Soleimani’s intention to target the US embassy,” noting that “Qassem Soleimani has a major role in killing American soldiers in Iraq.”

Pointing out that “the United States of America and Iran do not want to enter a war between them.”
